Mr. Payne goes above and beyond for his special education students as well as ALL students at his school. Mr. Payne teaches through his passion for music and uses his comedic side via Snapchat to read books and create characters to keep the students engaged while learning. Mr. Payne has used his creativity during the pandemic this challenging school year teaching remotely and in person.
