Serving as a teacher in a low income area for over 30 years Francis contiues to go out of her way to help her students succeed. She selflessly invests her money to provide supplies for students in need. She stays late to tutor struggling students on her own time. She does all of this out of the goodness of her heart and as a result has not been able to afford a vacation for quite some time. Giving her this opportunity would mean the world to her and I could not be think of anyone else more deserving.
